I feel taste is as important as the look and aim to bring the freshest and finest ingredients including fair trade wherever possible. I aim to offer not just a cake but a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds!

I always use free range eggs, the best vanilla extract and luxury Belgian chocolate in my cakes as well as the best quality icing with homemade and handmade decorations. My cakes are made fresh to order. The fruit cakes are from a family recipe that has been passed down four generations and are matured for up to three months and fed with quality brandy to create a lovely mature and rich moist cake.

I am a member of the Guild of British Sugarcraft and have completed a Masters Diploma in professional cake design and decoration. I have the foods standards agency level 5 hygiene (i have put certificate pic in dropbox)rating and health and hygiene certificates in food safety and food safety for manufacturing. I also have full public liability insurance.
